This Privacy Policy explains how LavaPathX ("the App"), handles information when you use the App.

1. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

LavaPathX is an offline, single-player puzzle game. The App does not require

an internet connection to play and does not collect, store, or transmit any

personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or

location.

2. LOCALLY STORED DATA

The App saves your game progress - including completed levels, star ratings,

Magma Crystals, achievements, unlocked themes, and settings - directly on

your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is

not accessible by the developer or any third party.

3. PERMISSIONS

LavaPathX does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone,

location, or storage beyond what is required to run the App itself. The App

does not use internet or network permissions for gameplay.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or

tracking software development kits (SDKs).

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

LavaPathX does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since

the App collects no personal data at all, it is safe for players of all

ages.

6. DATA DELETION

You may delete all locally stored game data at any time using the "Reset

Progress" option in Settings, or by uninstalling the App.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be

reflected within the App and in this document with a new "Last updated"

date.
